Our Blueprint: How Change Happens

The Four Stages

Frame: Work with youth, families, and local stakeholders to identify a core issue and define success beyond wins and losses.
Map Solutions: Surface proven local and global models that address root causes, access, inclusion, safety, and mindset.
Community Action: Form cross-sector teams (coaches, youth leaders, schools, clubs, NGOs, city partners) to pilot and scale practices.
Influence: Share insights with decision-makers, embed policy and culture change, and sustain progress across seasons.

What This Looks Like on the Ground

Youth-centered coaching, safe and inclusive play spaces, leadership pathways for young people, and family/community engagement. We convene partners across sport, education, and youth services to make these practices standard, so they survive staff changes, funding cycles, and the end of any one tournament.

What We're Doing Now (And Next)

Narrative Shift & Inclusion

Workshops and community summits use sport as a common language to tackle issues like homelessness, integration, mental health, and climate, equipping youth to design and lead local solutions.

City-Level Youth Initiatives

Multi-year, citywide efforts build resilient communities through sport: opening access to play spaces, embedding youth voice in program design, and strengthening the local ecosystem around wellbeing and participation.

Scaling Through Big Moments

Major events are launchpads: we activate youth-led challenges, connect local networks, and publish replicable solutions, turning short-term visibility into long-term capacity and policy change.
